    Tana grew up and has lived in the greater Portland area for most of her life. She is blessed with three grown children, six grandchildren, and three great granddaughters.

    Tana first entered the legal field in 1975. As her career progressed, she gained experience and served in the positions of office manager, bookkeeper, legal secretary, and paralegal. Her legal experience was fairly rounded, but she became drawn to the creative solutions and proficient accounting required in probate law and decided to focus her skill building to become more expert in that area.

    In 1983, her office management experience served to be of value in assisting in the start-up of Bittner, Hahs, Postma and Swan Throughout her years of working with Terry Bittner and Brandon Bittner, she has developed a broad base of legal skills, but presently continues to specialize in probate, guardianship, and conservatorship law.

    Education:

    Portland Community College. A.A. Degree (Oregon Transfer Degree); Member Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and Psi Chi Honor Society in Psychology. Graduated with Highest Honors.

    Portland State University. B.A. Degree with major and minor in Psychology; Member Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and Golden Key Honour Society. Graduated Summa Cum Laude.

    Hobbies: Reading, quilting and gardening.
